Botanalytics <> Drift Integration for Bot & Agent Performance Tracking
Hi Folks!
We’re excited to announce that Botanalytics integrated with Drift to bring you advanced conversational analytics on bot & agent performance. Here are the key features offered;
- Sentiment Analysis for bot & agent conversations
- AI powered smart report to give you data based performance insights & tips for improvement
- Bottleneck detention, conversation engagement & retention metrics
- User behavior insights (retained, engaged & churned users)
- Creating specific events and tracking their frequency (e.g.: How many people asked for pineapple as an ingredient while ordering pizza on a bot)
It’s super easy, it’s just one click. Here’s how; (If you think this is too long to read, jump directly to the video tutorial:) )
1. Login to your account on Drift and click on Settings
2. Navigate to Apps section through App Settings
3. You’ll see Botanalytics in Apps list
4. Click “Connect” to proceed
5. Authorize App so that we can receive data from you
6. Provide your bot’s details and save
7. If it says “we need to receive data from you” when you click “check connection”, that means the integration is successful and we’re excitedly waiting for your conversational data to analyse. You can click on Dashboard to see your data.
8. Voila, you’re all set!

You will be able to access topic distribution, sentiment distribution and overall customer service benchmarks with key takeaway and comparison reports for for bots & agents.
